## Frequently asked questions

### Can I upgrade or downgrade after purchasing?

No worries, you always have full control over your subscription. Just keep one thing in mind: if you activated your plan with a discount, that discount applies only to the first purchase. If you decide to switch plans in the future, the standard prices at that time will apply.

### If I upgrade my subscription, do I lose money?

Nope! The unused days of your current subscription turn into a credit, and it gets automatically deducted from the price of your new plan.

Long story short: you don’t lose anything, you just make better use of what you’ve already paid for.

### and what if I want to downgrade my plan?

Breathe, you can do it whenever you want. The change will take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You have two options: you can manage everything on your own by activating the new plan from your personal area, or you can write to us in the chat and we’ll handle it for you. We’re not going to leave you hanging.

In both cases, you’ll keep using all the features of your current plan until it expires, and the switch to the new plan will happen automatically after that.

### Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

It hurts a little every time… but yes, you can. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime directly from your NJL or QGino account, as long as it's before your renewal date.

You'll still have full access until the end — after that, your subscription will simply end on its own.

### What payment methods do you accept?

Whatever works best for you. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal (mobile only), and bank transfers.

As for bartering — make us an offer we can't refuse… just don't offer us "visibility." That, thanks, we already have.

### Is the subscription renewed automatically?

Yes — NJL and QGino are subscription-based services and renew automatically. It's mainly for your benefit: this way, you won't experience any service interruptions. With NJL, for instance, we keep tracking your stats seamlessly, so your analytics stay consistent.

### Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Of course. Just enter your business info in the "Personal details" section at checkout.
If you forget, no problem: just contact us right after the purchase and we'll do our best to fix it.

One last thing (for your peace of mind): it might take up to 24 hours for the invoice to arrive in your inbox.

### Can I request a refund?

We care a lot about transparency, so yes, refunds are available. We just prefer to be clear from the start: you can request one within 14 days from the date of your first purchase, but only if your case falls within the conditions outlined in point 14 of our Terms and Conditions. This also means it does not apply to renewals.
